15th Ordinary Session of the Board of Directors of NOCC
The Board of Directors of the National Observatory on Climate Change (NOCC) met on 04th July 2023 in its 15th Ordinary Session, in the conference room of the Observatory in Yaounde, under the auspices of the Board Chairman, Mr. ENOH Peter AYUK.
Prof. AMOUGOU Joseph Armathé, Director General of NOCC, reported on the deliberations, assisted by Mr. FORGHAB Patrick Mbomba, Deputy Director General.
After deliberating on the different points on the agenda of the meeting, the Board of Directors:
- Adopted the proceedings of the 14th Ordinary Session of the Board of Directors of NOCC held on 28th December 2022 subject to amendments made by the Administrators;
- Adopted NOCC's Administrative Account closed on 31st December 2022;
- Adopted NOCC's Management Account closed on 31st December 2022.
Finally, the Board congratulated the Director General of NOCC and his team for the quality, clarity and relevance of the documents presented and encouraged them to keep up.
